The rules of the arcade

By visiting Playaby or playing any game on it, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms as Playaby changes; the "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version.

Playaby is a free browser arcade. You can play any game on the site without creating an account. In using it, you agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the site or its games.
• Scrape, copy, or republish games, descriptions, or other content from Playaby without permission.
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes on others' rights.

The games on Playaby are built and owned by us. Most are our own take on classic, widely known game concepts (like Snake, 2048, or Tetris-style puzzles), and a few are original. Either way, the code, art, and presentation on this site are Playaby's, and we can't guarantee any game will always be available, bug-free, or unchanged — we update, retire, and replace games over time as the site evolves.

Playaby is supported by advertising served through Google AdSense, which keeps every game free to play. Ads are provided by Google and its partners, and their content is not selected or endorsed by Playaby. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising data is handled.

Playaby is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the site or any game will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Games may occasionally malfunction, load slowly, or behave unexpectedly despite our best efforts.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Playaby and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any game on it. Your use of Playaby is at your own risk.

Playaby is a general-audience arcade intended to be appropriate for a broad range of ages. If you are under 13, you should only use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

We may revise these terms from time to time as Playaby adds features or changes how it operates. Continuing to use the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
